Similarly, the terms "Clients" and "Buyers" are used interchangeably to refer to individuals seeking and receiving services from Service Providers on AiExperts.me.
1. User Accounts
To access certain features on our site, you must create an account and provide accurate and complete information about yourself. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
2. Content and Intellectual Property Rights
You are solely responsible for the content you upload, publish, or display on AiExperts.me. By submitting User Content, you grant AiExperts.me a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable, and transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, display, and perform the User Content in connection with the Services. This license is limited to the purpose of promoting AiExperts.me and its services, and will not be used for any other commercial purposes without your explicit consent.
3. Service Agreement
Both Service Providers and Clients are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and tax obligations related to their activities on AiExperts.me. Service Providers and Clients have an independent contractual relationship with each other, and AiExperts.me is not a party to any service agreements between them.
4. Confidentiality
Service Providers understand and agree that Clients may disclose certain confidential information to facilitate the delivery of ordered work. Service Providers agree to treat any information received from Clients as highly sensitive, confidential, and classified material. Service Providers shall not disclose or use any confidential information for any purpose other than delivering the ordered work. Any breach of this confidentiality agreement may result in immediate termination of the Service Provider's account and legal action.
5. Feedback Rights
Any comments, suggestions, or feedback related to the Services that you provide to AiExperts.me may be used by AiExperts.me to improve our services. However, if AiExperts.me wishes to use your feedback for promotional or commercial purposes, we will seek your explicit consent and may provide compensation as agreed.
6. General Terms
AiExperts.me reserves the right to temporarily suspend or permanently disable accounts due to a breach of these Terms or any illegal or inappropriate use of the Site or Services. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time with prior notice and without liability.
7. User-Generated Content
You are solely responsible for all content uploaded or created on AiExperts.me. AiExperts.me does not actively monitor user-uploaded or user-created content for appropriateness, copyright or trademark violations, or other rights infringements. However, if we become aware of any infringing content, we may take appropriate action, including removal of the content.
8. Ownership and Licensing
Upon delivery of work and receipt of payment, the Client is granted all intellectual property rights, including but not limited to copyright, in the work delivered by the Service Provider unless otherwise specified in the service description on AiExperts.me. If there is a dispute about the service or if the service is not fully paid for, the intellectual property rights may be held by the Service Provider until the dispute is resolved or the service is fully paid for.
9. User Deposits
Aiexperts.me may offer a User Deposits feature that allows Clients to deposit funds into their account for future use in purchasing services. The following terms apply to the User Deposits feature:
a. Deposit Funds: By initiating a deposit, Clients authorize Aiexperts.me to charge their selected payment method and add the corresponding funds to their account balance.
b. Account Balance: Funds deposited into the account will be reflected as an account balance, which can be used to pay for services provided by the Service Providers on Aiexperts.me.
c. Refunds: Deposited funds in the account balance are refundable within 30 days of deposit, except as required by applicable law. After 30 days, deposited funds are non-refundable. Clients are solely responsible for managing their account balance and should only deposit funds that they intend to use for purchasing services.
d. Service Payment: When Clients hire a Service Provider and agree on the price for the services, Aiexperts.me will deduct the payment from the account balance. If the account balance is insufficient, Clients may be required to top up their account before proceeding with the service.
e. Account Balance Management: Clients are responsible for monitoring their account balance and ensuring that it has sufficient funds to cover the requested services. Aiexperts.me may send notifications or reminders regarding low balances, but it is the Clients' responsibility to maintain a suitable balance.
f. Account Termination: In the event of account termination or closure, any remaining funds in the account balance may be refunded to the client, minus any outstanding charges, unless required by applicable law.
g. Security and Fraud Prevention: Aiexperts.me employs reasonable security measures to protect the account balance; however, Clients are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials and reporting any unauthorized use or suspected fraudulent activities.
h. Changes to User Deposits: Aiexperts.me reserves the right to modify or discontinue the User Deposits feature at any time with prior notice. In the event of any changes, Aiexperts.me will notify Clients and provide instructions on the management of their account balance.
10. Service Commercial Use License
By purchasing a "Commercial Use License" with your Service Order, the Service Provider grants you a perpetual, exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide license to use the purchased delivery for Permitted Commercial Purposes, unless otherwise specified in the service description on AiExperts.me. The specific terms and conditions of the Service Commercial Use License will be provided in the service's description.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
Your use of AiExperts.me, its content, and any services obtained through AiExperts.me is at your own risk. The site, its content, and any services obtained through AiExperts.me are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of accuracy, reliability, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose.

Any translations provided by AiExperts.me are for user convenience only. AiExperts.me is not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate translations. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy and suitability of any translated content.
